We have worked on countless jobs using our expertise in weathertightness to rectify existing houses with water damage caused by bad detailing or construction standards. By repairing these houses with innovative techniques and materials, we have been able to fix the damage without re-cladding the entire building at an expense to the home owner already out of pocket

At the conceptual stage we use our knowledge and understanding of the NZ Building Code to make the correct decisions to reduce the amount of water (the ‘moisture load’) to be handled when detailing individual joints and junctions later in the design process.
