GLENBROOK HOUSES
3-House Subdivision

This project was a subdivision of 3 large weatherboard homes. We worked on the resource consent through to building consent for each house. The site was a sloping north-facing section and required retaining walls and groundworks to accommodate the 3 houses. All were multi-storey, with internal access garaging at the base level of each house to make the best use of the size of each section.
