LONG DRIVE – 5 House Subdivision

This project was a subdivision of 5 large modern homes.

From concept to completion, and working closely with the owner’s original concepts, we combined our expertise and the owner’s own wishes into aesthetically, and functionally pleasing homes.

The site was a sloping north-facing section and required retaining walls and groundworks to accommodate the 5 houses. All were multi-storey, with internal access garaging at the base level of each house to make the best use of the size of each section.

Nestled in one of Auckland’s most desirable neighborhoods, the site being north-facing and on a slope, provide ample design options.

Through thoughtful planning and precise execution, each residence blended seamlessly into its surroundings.

Retaining walls and groundworks were carefully crafted to maximize space and optimize liveability, offering the ultimate convenience for busy professionals and families, with internal access garages on the lower levels.

Light-filled living areas spanning 280-307 square meters of impeccably designed floor space.
