This project was a subdivision of 5 large modern homes. From concept to completion, and working closely with the owner’s original concepts, we combined our expertise and the owner’s own wishes into aesthetically, and functionally pleasing homes. The site was a sloping north-facing section and required retaining walls and groundworks to accommodate the 5 houses.
