Buying CADPAX
CADPAX checkout is hosted by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout.
The product, price, currency, and tax shown at checkout apply to your order. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, receipts, and payment-side refunds or chargebacks under its own terms.
After payment is confirmed, CBA Design Ltd will email the
.ldf
licence file for the CADPAX product you purchased.
Your CADPAX licence
Buying CADPAX gives you permission to use the purchased software. You do not own the software or its source code.
Your
.ldf
licence file is linked to the purchased product and the relevant Vectorworks seat or serial information. Keep it secure and do not share it.
You may use CADPAX for your own work or your organisation’s work on the licensed Vectorworks seat.
You must not:
- share, sell, rent, sublicense, or give your licence file to another person;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or try to bypass CADPAX licensing;
- redistribute CADPAX or use it to create a competing product; or
- remove copyright, licence, or ownership notices.
Support and updates
CADPAX is developed and supported by a small team. We will try to help with genuine licence, installation, and product issues, but we do not promise a particular response time, fix, feature, or future update.
Contact us at info@cadpax.com and include your order reference where possible.
Refunds and consumer rights
If there is a problem with your purchase, contact us first so we can investigate it.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you may have under New Zealand law or other applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
See our Refunds and Support page for the practical refund process.
Changes to CADPAX or these terms
We may update CADPAX or these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this website.
A change will not remove rights that the law does not allow us to remove.
Law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, except where mandatory consumer law in your country applies and cannot be excluded.
